With 25 years of experience in Indonesia, he brings extensive experience at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, shaped through senior roles with leading global technology providers and management consulting firms.
His experience spans telecommunications, mining, financial services, consumer, and manufacturing, working with Indonesian private-sector companies, state-owned enterprises, and government institutions. Through these roles, he has developed a deep understanding of Indonesia’s diverse business environment, institutional dynamics, stakeholder landscape, and market complexities.
He advises international organizations navigating Indonesia, helping them understand the local environment, build the right relationships, and translate global strategies into practical, locally relevant action. Febrya Fannareza
Director
He is an entrepreneur and business leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, healthcare, construction, and infrastructure. After completing his Master’s degree at FH Karlsruhe in Mechatronics Engineering and Informatics, he built a career in IT, software development, and healthcare technology, including the development of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) for government and private-sector clients.
His entrepreneurial experience also extends to construction and infrastructure, covering building and residential projects, interior development, roads, and land development.
With extensive relationships across business and professional networks in Indonesia and abroad, Febrya brings a combination of technology expertise, entrepreneurial experience, project understanding, and international perspective to AMANTRA.
